Every farm needs a cold room because it enables the storage of seeds and plants during their dormant season or as a temporary storage facility while seeds are harvested and packaged.

Many small- to medium-sized farms are currently renting ready-to-install refrigerated cold rooms to meet their needs. The rental costs are nearly equal to buying this newly created cold room package.

I-C-P used its in-house designed insulated sandwich panels to develop an affordable and efficient all-in-one package cold room. The thickness of the wall panels is selected based on the cold room application, the installation site and its desired interior temperature ranging from 2” to 4”.

These panels are made out of EPS or PET cores, shielded with fiberglass protective skin, adding strength to the panel structure. A waterproof film provides a food-grade washable surface from both sides.

The package includes all the necessary accessories and joints with a detailed installation manual.
